Well, the rains have arrived, so let's get together to see what might be fruiting in our local fields and forests.
This foray is open to all members of the FFSC and anyone else with an interest in fungus who might be interested in joining the club. Experienced members are encouraged to come and share their knowledge with newer fungifiles.

In a couple of days you will receive a confirmation email with more detailed information on the exact meeting place and time. Please only sign up if you plan to attend, since the group size will be limited.
Emphasis will be on finding, and identifying fungus and on habitat, but this area does allow collecting so you can bring your collection basket if you wish. Be prepared to walk a couple of miles and be ready for cold and or wet weather. The foray should last approximately from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm.
