Sergiy Lelyushkin: "... Hedgehogs are just starting, they are very small. I've seen a few Yellowfeet but they were tiny, same story with Craterellus. I've found a lot of Candy Caps, decent amount of Lactarius deliciosus and rubrilacteus, Yellow Chanterelles, several Matsutake and Tricholoma flavovirens. I've also seen plenty of Agaricus subrutilescens in Salt Point, but I am not 100% about ID, so I did not pick them."
Yevgeny Nyden: "... we found quite a lot of Matsutake. In fact, this was by far the best Mutsutake foray for me. Only on Sunday morning I've found almost a dozen of various sizes, and on Saturday about the same or maybe more. Two other families that were collecting with us also have found quite a few of Matsies. Katherine and Kenneth may additionally report on that.
Other than that, a couple of very large Leccinum manzanitae (Manzanita bolete), a few man on horseback, candy caps, quite a few of Golden Chanterelles, couple White Chanterelles. Suillus were plentiful as usual."
