One of the good things in life is that some things never change. The always-fantastic Wine and Mushroom event is the highlight of our culinary activities. Jeff Emery of Santa Cruz Mountain Winery brings together up to 6 exceptional Santa Cruz area wineries that share their great wines with us.
The Culinary Committee is planning an evening at the Scotts Valley Community Center of wine tasting with continuous appetizers followed by delectable desserts. The evening will start with appetizers at 6:00 pm, continuing with new appetizers throughout the evening... desserts will appear about 7:45. We have eliminated the main course/salad aspect in favor of finger food and mingling. Chocolate mushrooms will doubtless make an appearance, but even so, we will need more desserts. Please plan to bring your own contributions to the appetizer or dessert table. Wineglasses are provided.

This is the potluck event against which we measure all others - it's amazing!
We, the Fungus Federation members, provide the array appetizers and desserts.
Wineries pour their best, and you can easily take your favorites home.
