Survival Skills Workshop:
The class date for “Survival Skills Workshop” is April 2, 2016, rain or shine.
Times: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Place: to be determined but will be in Santa Cruz County.
 
Open to broader group on March 21st until March 31, 2016. 
 
Please provide the required information in comments for :
  • Age 18 or above (or age 15 to 18 with parent in attendance and responsible for child) 
  • Contact information for:
    1.  How best to reach you (For me to give class site and for notification if class cancels)
    2.  Emergency contact information in the event of accident, illness or injury.
 
Cancellation policy:  Please commit to the date if you sign up. Convenience or opportunistic cancellations deny others the opportunity to enroll.
You may cancel up to, but not including March 27th for a refund of $19.
No refunds for cancellations on or after March 27th, unless a real emergency or illness. 
No refund if you don’t contact the instructor prior to the day of the class.
