While the official talks will begin at 7:30 pm each evening, the zoom session will open at 7:00 pm for informal discussion and to allow everyone to get comfortable before the speaker begins. If the the zoom room is full or if anyone is not comfortable using zoom, the talks can also be viewed on the FFSC YouTube channel by using the link on the right of this page (or bottom of page for cell phone users.)

Local Forays
Well, we have had a bit more rain, so let's get together to survey our local fields and forests. This will be a habitat walk, concentrating on learning about some of the local trees and the best places to look for different species as the season progresses. We may also come across a few edibles.

To help the club defray some of our costs such as insurance, speaker fees, facility rental, etc, there will be a modest fee for non-club members to come on the foray...
November 2022 General Meeting - Will Goss "Psilocybin Decriminalization and Legalization""
Please join us for our November 16th meeting at the Harvey West Scout House.
The evening will start at 6:30 pm for those who would like to socialize, snack on Bob Wynn's fantastic spread and chat with fellow mycophiles before the main meeting. Bring any fungi you have been lucky enough to find for identification! Business and announcements will start at 7:00 pm. After the business part of the meeting, we will be joined by Will Goss, our speaker for the evening.
