2017 Casa Nostra Wild Mushroom Dinner (by )
The FFSC Culinary Committee is happy to announce a fungal feast to start off the new season. We’re planning a family-style dinner for FFSC members at Casa Nostra in Ben Lomond. Sorry, details and registration are limited to current FFSC members! Members can purchase a guest ticket for the same price.
2017 Fall Mushroom Dinner
Autumn beckons and we await the first fungal fruitings! In the meantime, the FFSC Culinary Committee welcomes you to celebrate the season with our annual Fall Mushroom Dinner. Chef Bob Wynn and the Culinary Committee are cooking up a scrumptious menu for the evening. Menu is evolving, and will feature multiple hors d’oeuvres served with an autumnal aperitif, followed by Porcini Chicken Paprikash with vegie version, choice of noodles or rice and haricots vert beans with craterellus for the main course. Dinner will come to a sweet ending with Sticky Ginger Toffee Pudding and cream. Mmmmmm...
Admission
- FFSC member admission $21 advance, $25 at door
- Guest admission $30 advance, $35 at door

Fun, fun, fun! The last one was successful so we thought we should do another one.
We have reserved outdoor picinic tables. Since this is a Saturday, we are requesting RSVPs and to please signup to before showing up. We have a limit for 30 people.
Beer 30 policy is no outside spirits and if desired you can purchase food at Carpo's just steps away...
