With rain in our forecast, we can hope to have many fungal fruitings. I was just up in Salt Point for the New Year and I was happily rewarded with a bounty of black trumpets, heggies and candy caps. Earlier on highway 20 in JDF, I found chantrelles and masutakes, but they are pretty much done.

The Albion II focuses on a wide range of fungi, with edibles including black trumpets, chanterelles, candy caps, and hedgehogs.
